Moe's Southwest Grill App Reviews

I downloaded this app despite the horrible reviews thinking I would have better luck. Man was I wrong. Upon opening the app and finding the closest location I had to lock my phone. When I went to unlock my phone I couldnt. I had to do a soft reboot on my phone to get it to work again. Needless to say app is deleted and Moes lost any business I might have given them.

It keeps popping up an error message anytime I do anything. I had to manually put in the address of the Moes I wanted and it just needs to be fixed. Hasnt been updated in several months. PLEASE FIX!

They dont seem to check online tickets so you end up having to wait for them to make it when you arrive.

Ease of use is not efficient, you have to pay with a credit card (only), which sometimes is an inconvenience, and they always start making the food when I get there. Whats the point!? I wait in line just like everyone else!

When this app is launched, it literally screams, "Welcome to Moes!" If I am in a quiet room, late morning meeting at work... Last thing I want is for an app to disturb my co-workers, etc. with an uncontrolled scream. No way to shut this off. All for a marketing fluff that is fairly stupid. In almost every Moes I have been into, the employees attempt to scream this out when new customers walk into the store. Most employees dont, If a supervisor isnt watching. Frankly, this failed attempt at marketing something outstanding in a crowded market of cheap burritos is pretty lame in person and flat out stupid in an app on my phone. Hey, marketing fool... "Welcome to being lame!!!"

This app is great if you need to place a pickup order quickly. My only issue is the favorites section. Need a way to rename favorites. You cant edit them. Only delete.

This app is awesome! You can order your food and pay for it and it is ready. You get to skip the line! Love that I get to see all my options, which is hard to look at while in the store since people are waiting behind you. My only complaint is that you can only pay with credit card. I like to buy gift cards for the Moes Bucks and I cant put any of that info in there and there is no option to pay cash in store. Otherwise, thanks for a great app!

Overall I have no problem with the app. It makes ordering easy. My only complaint is that you cant turn off that obnoxious "welcome to moes!" every time the app is opened. Its very loud and disrupting. There needs to be a setting to turn it off or on.
